1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended)
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1–2 tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup
¼ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (sugar-free if needed)
Pinch of salt
Blend the Base
Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth (no lumps = better texture).
Mix Everything
In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, nut butter, protein powder, honey/syrup, vanilla & salt.
Add Structure
Stir in almond flour until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency.
Fold in Chocolate Chips
Mix in chocolate chips for that classic cookie dough vibe.
Chill (Optional)
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to thicken and enhance flavor
